WELLNESS EXAMINATIONS
One of our veterinarians begins by getting a detailed history of your pet's lifestyle and further assesses his or her body temperature, pulse, weight and respiration rates. Next includes a complete and through head-to-tail exam. Based on these findings, further care and treatment plans will be discussed such as necessary vaccines, diagnostic testing, nutrition advice and dental cleanings.
ILLNESS EXAMINATIONS
TLC is committed to your pet's health and is available anytime during business hours to examine your beloved pet. Our doctors will provide a thorough examination and recommend any necessary medications or diagnostic testing to be performed including bloodwork and radiology.
VACCINATIONS
Vaccinations are important to the health and protection of your pet, and serve as a preventive measure in combating viral diseases like Parvovirus, Parainfluenza virus, Distemper, Lyme, Panleukopenia, Feline Leukemia Virus, and Rabies. Here at TLC we offer vaccinations packages for puppies, kittens, adult cats and dogs.
PARASITE CONTROL
Fleas, Ticks, Intestinal Parasites and Heartworms can diminish quality of life and even cause life-threatening health issues on and within your pet. We offer a wide variety of different prevention products that can be administered topically, and orally. TLC also offers ProHeart, a single dose heartworm prevention shot that lasts 12 months!
MICROCHIPS
Microchips are implantable computer chips that encode a unique identification number to help reunite you with your lost pet and are no bigger than a grain of rice. It is a simple, easy procedure that takes no more than 5 minuets and no anesthetic is required.
DENTAL CARE
The key to managing dental disease is prevention. Animal oral care is vital to a long and healthy life. After our veterinarians diagnose your pet with dental disease, they will schedule a dental prophy at our in-house dentistry suite. The dental includes teeth scaling and polishing, necessary extractions, and removal or biopsy of any oral tumors observed. AAHA recommends these procedures and examinations at least annually starting at one year of age for cats and small-breed dogs, and at two years of age for large-breed dogs.

RADIOGRAPHS
Our hospital is proud to be on the cutting edge of leading medical technology. Radiology is a diagnostic tool that allows us to look inside the body cavity and is entirely non-invasive. We’re fully equipped to perform routine radiology services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma. The use of our radiology tools are safe for both animals and human. Our entire staff is trained on the correct protocols and procedures in how to effectively use our X-Ray machine and keep your pets as safe and calm as possible.
IN-HOUSE LABRATORY
Diagnostic testing such as bloodwork can identify problems your pet may be experiencing so that proper treatment can begin before a condition worsens. TLC features an in-house diagnostic laboratory, which allows us to run a variety of tests in just under 20 minuets! This is a very useful tool for doctors and helps gather insight on what might be going on internally with your pet!
ULTRASOUND
Ultrasound is a diagnostic tool using high-energy frequency sound waves to create a picture inside the body focusing on major organs and tissues. This diagnostic tool can help with finding abnormalities within the animal such as cancer or kidney stones.

LASER THERAPY
Laser Therapy is painless, non-invasive form of treatment which stimulates the body's natural healing and pain control response. The doctor or one of our technicians that is certified in laser therapy will apply a low level laser to the area in question, helping stimulate normal cellular function. The benefits of laser therapy include anti-inflammation, pain management, improves blood circulation and also accelerates healing and tissue repair from the inside out! Laser Therapy treats a number of conditions and diseases such as arthritis, chronic pain and inflammation, disc disease and hip dysplasia, just to name a few.
ALLERGIES
Here at TLC we treat allergies in a variety of different ways. Through the use of Apoquel, Cytopoint, hypoallergenic shampoo and specific formulated food to help combat skin sensitivities. We will have you fur-baby back to feeling 110% in no time!
